The 12 flea markets in Cologne 2026

The flea market at the Weidenpesch racecourse, on car park A, runs three days every week, with a fourth day once a month; sellers work from their cars or from tables. The IKEA stores at Godorf and Butzweilerhof each hold a market about once a month too, mixing new and second-hand goods, with plenty of food stalls.

Antiques and collectors' markets return several times a year. The one on the Rhine promenade in the Altstadt has run for over 50 years, and more than 150 traders also fill Wilhelmplatz in Nippes and the river bank beneath the Südbrücke. On the Riehler Gürtel, beside the zoo, books and rarities line an avenue; behind the RheinEnergieStadion there are pitches indoors and out. Ebertplatz is for private sellers only, with an art space in the passage. In November the Martinsmarkt in Rodenkirchen turns to antiques and lifestyle.
